OMG!!! These look soo good =)! I think I’m going to try to make these later today.
- Wash strawberries— dry well
- Melt 6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate to dip about 1lb of strawberries using either a double boiler or microwave (minute and a half for the microwave, stir until smooth).
- Hold strawberry either by stem or use a toothpick to help rotate
- Set on wax paper
- Melt white chocolate 2-3 ounces, depending on how much you want
- Using a fork, drizzle quickly over the strawberries
- Place in fridge for an hour
- Repeat for rice crispy bites.
